CPA. DR. DAVID MUTURI
With over 20 years’ experience, Dr. Muturi has built successful track
record in management and grown exceptional experience. At KCA
University, he was the Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Distance
Learning and Thereafter, Dr. Muturi ascended to the pinnacle of the
Kenya Institute of Management as Executive Director/CEO. A position
he held for eight years.
Dr. Muturi holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the
University of Central Nicaragua; a Master of Business Administration
in Entrepreneurship from Kenyatta University; and a Bachelor of
Education (Business Studies and Economics) from the University of Nairobi.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) as well as a certified business excellence
assessor with the EFQM European foundation for quality management.
Dr. Muturi is professionally affiliated to, and is a fellow of, the Kenya Institute of
Management (KIM) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Kenya
(ICPAK). He has been a management columnist in the Daily Nation and the Management
magazine for over seven years. He has consulted for tens of Organizations
He also co-founded and was convener of the Africa Governance, Leadership and
Management Convention held annually to discuss African issues under the patronage of H.E.
Chief Olusegun Obasanjo former president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
Dr. Peter N. Nganga CPA (K)
Peter Ndungu (PhD) Is an Astute faculty and University leader with many years of experience in the field of Education, Development and Accountancy and has a proven record in trainings and professional development. He aims to provide top leadership and excellence in education for a better country and morally upright citizenry. He holds a PhD in Finance from Jommo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and technology, Masters in Business Administration (Finance Option) from Kenyatta university, Degree in Business and Economics from Nairobi University and a Diploma in project Management from Kenya institute of management Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant CPA(K). He is an active trainer for ACADRI, Management University of Africa, Kenya School of Monetary studies, Kenya school of Government ICPAK Mombasa chapter, Corporate and CIC insurance Mombasa branch, Kenya Institute of Management and Jitihada Programme He has also trained Board members of Association of physically Disabled of Kenya (APDK); Board of Architecture and Quantity Surveyors of Kenya(BORAQSK); Board of management of Mt Sinai Group of Schools, Central Bank of Kenya; Treasury Kenya; Kenya pipeline under (MORENDAT Institute of Gas and Oil) Kenya tourist board, Kenya Revenue Authority, Kenya commercial banks managers coast region, Central bank of Uganda, Capital market Authority of Uganda. He has experience training on Corporate Governance, Change management, Preparation for Retirement, Risk identification and mitigation, Marketing, Customer care, Finance for non- Finance Managers Entrepreneurship, Project Management among others. CPA. JOHN MURITHI
Murithi holds a Bachelor of Education (Business Education and Economics) degree from Kenyatta University and is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK). He has gained valuable work experience in fraud risk management, fraud investigations, internal audit, risk management and compliance with professional firms, multi-national corporations, SACCOs, parastatals, national and county governments.
For close to ten years Murithi worked with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya as a Technical Manager a job that entailed training and research in auditing and accounting standards. During this period he also served as the secretary to the Institute Committee’s in internal audit, Banking, Insurance, Taxation, Education and Information Technology.
He has been instrumental in leading assignments in fraud risk management, fraud investigation and management, among other areas. He is also a certified Coach, helping executives and leaders to be the best version of themselves
PURITY WAWIRA
For more than 20 years Purity has helped hundreds of professionals plan their careers and implement counselling in the workplace. She has been a lecturer at the Nazarene university and KCA University. Through her knowledge and skills many people have changed their attitudes and career trajectories for better. She is experienced in areas behavior modification and group psychology. She has been invited and spoken in many forums in the mentioned areas. She has served in several boards and she is passionate about gender equity and inclusivity.
FRANCIS NJURI
Francis is a dynamic and results-driven team-building facilitator with a proven track record in enhancing team cohesion, effective communication, creativity, and innovation. With extensive experience in facilitating practical learning at EDU PREMIER CONSULTING and leading the Talksound Radio School Programme, I bring a wealth of expertise in experiential learning and mentorship. Additionally, as a media personality and an associate facilitator specializing in customer experience and company visibility, I have honed my skills in engaging diverse audiences. My background as a professional filmmaker and photographer further enriches my ability to deliver unique and impactful team-building activities.
